As a Customer Service Representative, you will support customers of international brands, ensuring a positive and efficient experience across multiple communication channels within a dynamic BPO environment

Where will you work?
Portugal Lisbon (initial on-site training in Sete Rios)

What will your responsibilities be?
Handle customer interactions via phone, email and chat;
Support customers with online purchases, orders and delivery follow-ups;
? Provide clear and accurate information about products and services;
Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction;
Meet quality and performance targets.

What do you need to succeed?
Native or fluent Italian;
Good level of English for internal communication and training;
Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset;
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
